I'm currently in a 3-way partnership in a beautiful '71 Arrow. Both of my partners have moved out of state and their shares are up for sale at $25K/share.

Aircraft based in Lincoln, CA (KLHM). Existing engine and maintenance funds stay with the partnership. Operating costs: $200/month fixed covers hangar/insurance/annual inspection. Hourly costs: $40/hr. dry ($20/engine, $20/maintenance).
