OK, not a very long in flight for distance, but my longest endurance flight to date in my glider. I think it was only 100 miles straight line distance or so. But I took my time and enjoyed the flight. When I got back to the ridge I just flew back and forth for a while as about 12,500ft, while I did radio relays for a couple other glider that were struggling to try and make it back home.

I looked at the link, you need practice holding a course..... :)

nice flight, 7 hours plus and no fuel stops.

That is awesome. I wish there were a glider field closer to home for me...
What a great way to spend a day.

Nice, I had a friend of mine go out to the safari at Kings Mountain last year with his PIK-20.

It sounded like an absolute blast.

I think there are probably at least 20 sailplanes there, not to mention the hang gliders. They have a great turnout. To bad a couldn't stay all week but that work thing gets in the way.
