3rd class medical deferred

September 12th 2023 my 3rd class medical was def for a 2005 dwi. Today my medical went from transmitted to final review? I was under the impression it would go to review and I would receive mail asking for documentation since I never had documentation in my medical application appointment. Any clue what's happening or anyone with a similar experience? TIA

Final review typically means they're about to issue it.

Mine went to "In Review" and was there for 7 months, when it switched to "Action Required". A certified letter was mailed to me asking for "more information". Upon submission of the requested information, it returned to "In Review".
One month later, it went to "Final Review". My certificate was issued within 5-6 days of that.
