2017 year in preview

Talking about making the trip to the GC this year. Planned it a few years ago, but WX forced us East instead, and ended up having a great time in the Outer Banks & Pigeon Forge instead. Like to plan 1 epic journey a year.
 
Possibly start on instrument rating
XC trip from Illinois to Boston and back with my Dad
More Pilots N Paws flights
Try not to sell my Archer after less than 1 year and buy a Mooney

We were lucky enough to have really nice weather when we flew over the Grand Canyon on 12/28/16. :) The Westcoast trip was on our agenda from day 1 we had our own plane. I posted some pictures in this thread:

We have the Outer Banks on our list for 2017. Every time we planned a trip there, the weather turned out to be nasty either in Detroit or OBX or both...:(
