I was thinking of things like the former student kid who called the FAA because a jet’s tail hadn’t crossed the line yet when the pilot announced he was clear of the runway, or when a certain YouTuber made what was very clearly a comedic video claiming to instruct people, and someone reported him.
Anyway, video is easily manipulated and edited, and special effects are within reach of the average user, so they shouldn’t take up any investigation based just on a video unless the complainant can prove that the video is real time, unedited, and also prove the location.
