I'd heard of VATSIM a long time ago. Don't think it was International back then. So they publish their own Charts. I wonder if that's a duplicate of the real Chart for there. If 'there' is even a real place. Anyway, strange combination of DME facilities to use. Like you should be using the DME at IPLW while doing the Approach. But it seems IPLE is the Localizer you'd be using. You got a pic of the Planview?
