jump seat

Just got hired on with an airline on the corporate side of things. I have my PPL. Any possible way I could fly in the jump seat? The non-rev benefits are great, but flying up front in an Airbus or Boeing would be even better! I've looked at the FARs but as usual it looks like gibberish to me...
