bravo airspace

Just curious if anyone has experience preforming a touch and go or a low approach at either of these airports and if so, were you assessed a landing fee? I’ve heard some bravo airports only charge a landing fee if you taxi off the runway so I wasn’t sure if this is the case for Denver...

I’ve been wanting to fly around the city of Detroit at night (vfr). Is it fairly easy to get the clearance to do this even inside of the bravo? How do you go about doing this when it comes to radio calls and such?
