CFO-100-1 was the Champion filter cartridge number.

Hi, All: I have a Vans RV-7A (completed 2010) with a Lycoming O-360 engine. My engine has a permanent oil filter housing as shown in the attached images, and uses Champion CFO-100-1 filter cartridges. Unfortunately Champion discontinued these cartridges and I can’t find any alternatives...
