What training(s) do you need?

Hello everyone! I would like to convert my ATPL to EASA, so I'm looking for an ATO anywhere in Europe. If you have any personal experience, please let me know! Thank you!

I got good recommendation for learning here in the forum: 1) use a trainig app to refresh theoretical knowledge, this is a nice one with explaining pictures: http://www.flygo-aviation.com/aviation-apps/trainer-apps/ppl-exam-and-study/ 2) use flight sim then your brain memorizes the cockpit...

Wish I'd started when I was teenager.... I think its much easier to learn in that age, than as an adult..

Dear All! I'm just before my ATPL theory, but I have a little problem: I made a deep search about the low-cost ATPL schools, and I've found that some of them don't provide any classroom training. Do you think it's normal (legal)? I don't really want to risk my licence and my money. Thank you...

dont tell me, if you are certified to a 150/152, you can sit and fly in a 172 just like that :O

I also like paper logbooks too, as I like notebooks and diaries etc... but unfortunately this is not enough in 2018... need to catch up with the modern world. Since I have an ipad I really like apps.

Myself, i hate excel...there are enough excels during work... :P

I was also searching around. here are the pros and cons using paper or digital logbookst http://clayviation.com/2017/02/22/paper-vs-electronic-flight-logbook/ I have started to use this, as was recommended from a pilot in my flight club. it's customizable, looks nice and it counts nvfr and day...

Good experience...thank you gor sharing, was very interesting for me too. Im still before my solo, many people stress me out like "oh still not? I did a solo after 10hours" like im in a hurry...but i am not.

Im also interested in logbook apps. Cool to have it on the mobile. What is wrong keeping it in the flight school? During my training i do the same together with my medical. Its in a closed wardrobe in the office together with all student papers so its safe and always there in case of need /...
