You could add the child seat to the back of a 150/152. Not sure if that gives you 3 or 4 seats though.

Lifted vehicles are against the law already in many states (more than 2 or 4 inches depending on the state). It doesn’t stop people from doing it to their vehicles and enforcement is essentially 0.
The Toronto Four Seasons was amazing and the spa there was outstanding. Cafe Boulud was also great. Had my first baked Alaska there. One of the nicest hotels/spas I’ve been to and would go back in a heartbeat.
The glide ratio for a 172 is about 10:1.
So 300ft up and 1 mile out means you’re dead if your engine quits (depending on terrain). To me that seems like a very risky place to be.
What’s surprising about that? I wouldn’t have expected less. Much more and I’d think they’d miss their market. The new Wacos are $650k. A new 172 is $432k.
New planes are expensive.
Trucks and SUVs are about as aerodynamic as a brick. If you want a bigger range you need a vehicle the size of a sedan that’s aerodynamic. Something like the Volkswagen XL1.
