As part of my work, I create proofs that require approval. One guy wanted his proof sent by e-mail. After a long pause he explained that he has several that he NEVER checks, because he gives it out to people like @Zeldman encountered at Sam's Club. Great idea!

Hate it. Spend too much time correcting what the phone *thinks* I meant to say! . . . but then I'm also the nerd who rarely abbreviates either.

I'm not a mechanic, but had a similar problem with a 2008 Ranger. My problem turned out to be a cracked thermostat housing. Undetected for a long time because it only leaked at a certain temperature, then the coolant evaporated before having time to drip, or show evidence on the motor itself...
