That is correct. When I set up POA as a refuge when the old AOPA boards were down (yellow!), I made sure to set it up so that no one person, not even me, could just do whatever they wanted.

I'm confused by this. You have paying passengers in their seats. You have paying passengers not in their seats because the seats are full. So you bump the ones not sitting. How is this hard? Dragging a guy from his seat by force? Maybe it was within the rules but it's a customer relations...

On another forum, someone has posted that their neighbor is deliberately flying drones as high as possible into a regional airport approach path. Question - I'm encouraging this person to report their neighbor for putting planes and passengers at risk. To whom should the calls be made...
