If I were going to sell it for half the price I would ring up an additional 10,000 hours on it, try to get some corrosion, and throw a timed out engine on it. The plane is getting plenty of interest at this price. To the others, thank you for the compliments!

F-16 But really why not do the IR in a cheap 150 or 172, then do the 10 hours for commercial in an Arrow or similar?

Middle marker beacon light? We have a very similar one in our 150. "Push to test" and "Dim" written on it as well.
