I understand wanting to be by family but you will eventually move north to Palm beach / Martin county like everyone else in Broward. I cant help with Mac Ivor & Friends Airstrip in Southwest Ranches and flooding. However if you want peace of mind I would look north of Broward.

It is simple. Hit them with 20% and make them think they are going to be forced into it. Then let them talk you down to 4 or 5%. They then think they are getting a deal.

Looks like the candle sticks carried the load and snapped. Wonder if the mast was torqued down? The bottom of the mast look way to clean.

The main shaft has a spline that connects in the xmsn. It looks like the whole mixer came out with it. Mast not torqued? Not sure how you get such a clean separation from the mast to xmsn

1965 Cherokee 180. Constant speed prop, Float Kit and Robertson STOL.

It's a full size Cherokee 180. It is sitting on wheels but advertised with a float kit.

There is a Cherokee on eBay with a float kit. A little Google and I landed here. I would post the link but not at 5 posts yet.

I got the three ticket package as well. It would be sweet if one of us won. If one of us does there should be a thread that follows the adventures had with it.
