Maybe it is as simple as an over inflated nose wheel. Have you checked tire pressures? On a Cirrus, an over inflated nose wheel will cause shimmy to the point of nose wheel collapse.

I believe the fix names are straight which is like the FAF and the other is another generic point which is like the iaf. I will video it next flight Best part is, when you are cleared for the visual you just hit activate approach and it takes care of everything.

There are two options. Straight in and vectors to final. They basically give you an iaf that sets you up for a glide slope. Have been flying them coupled and by hand but a great tool to have the glide slope on the fms

The Garmin NXI has visual approaches. Load them all the time when told to expect visual. Love them!!

Looks like my cars and condos in ft Lauderdale will be ok as a result of the shift. Thank god my mom closed on her condo in Naples. Hope everyone on the west cost stays safe.

I have two units on the 1st floor on the beach next to port Everglades in ft Lauderdale. Will likely be flooded and lose both my cars there. Hurricane windows and shutters but the storm surge of 10ft will probably get me.
