    Plane crash on FL freeway

I don't pretend to know what caused this accident. I will say that I was involved in another accident involving a Beech Jet where the cause was established to be one of the front seat occupants pulling the throttles to engine cut-off. Different jet, part 91, single pilot operation-- I know. I...

That would not happen. Certainly not at only 30 degrees.

Youtube Pilot and her dad perish in TN

Why couldn't she push on the rudder pedals with her feet? Her legs would be perfectly strong enough to keep her pressed against the back of her seat so that all she has to do is pull the yoke towards her with her arms.

Nice. Saves the NTSB the trouble of searching for it.

Given this occurs in the center of the wing spar, I presume you lose both wings. Not sure that makes recovery easier. But I'll defer to the experts on that.

    Cessna 177

Is that because the spar failed the inspection, or was that just to complete the inspection?

    Cessna 177

There are some odd things here and there, but I don't think it has been much of a maintenance hog. I would be surprised if the asking is lower than a similar 172 of the same vintage and engine hours. The 177s generally out-perform the 172s, particularly if you are talking about a 177B, which...

    Steam Gauges to G5

I think we were around 19k for two G5s plus a GNX 375 installed and vac system removed. I have posted the number before, so if I said something earlier that's different, the earlier number is correct.
