Many O/H shops won't do just the bottom end. If they do agree to just O/H the bottom, they won't log it as an engine O/H.. price will be more than 25k for complete
I need the 2.25" real estate this "super clock" lived in. Recently installed new internal battery, EI named it "super" I call it a good FAA approved clock/timer. $200 pics coming after work tonight
F/A has occasional glitches. I was out of state (driving) and F/A said my plane was flying 1k miles from it's home airport. Panic wtf? manager opened my hangar to confirm plane was there. Relief at last
Stick with known auto conversions unless you really want headaches. Corvair, Volkswagen, Subaru, Rotax, Viking has a 195hp conversion. These companies have experience and support for your a/c project
GO WITH THE UV INHIBITED TINT.. the older technology inhibited night vision. The new tint technology has vastly improved. Most interior damage is from years of UV exposure. Trust me on this
WELCOME, we love our Northern neighbors. You should like Texas, it's the land of the free. Wife and I moved to Wyoming from a less free state. More cows than people in WY
Hear ya, my first plane was a challenger 50hp Pusher (built by seller). Big wing, low power at 4000' field elevation. Fun if light winds, handful in 15+ wind
I'm very familiar with those aircam twins. They have VERY light wing loading and 2 Rotax 4 cyl 4 stroke engines (80-100hp) designed to fly low and slow for aerial photography. Very safe and easy to fly as long as you don't have structural support cable failure
This might be a shot in the dark.. I had a similar lack of FlightAware coverage. Example: blank portions of a flight in areas where previously had full coverage. Turned out the stubby belly antenna was loose
