If you can find access to a copy of Destination Direct flight planning software it has a radius search function. BTW, there are 65 public use airports, grass and paved, >1000' runway length, within 51 nm of PA92, but unfortunately there is no convenient cut & paste method to capture the output...

I haven't experienced Tower so I have no comparison between Tower and Airways. I will tell you that Airways has a great, and I mean truly great, pilot shop. Aerotech isn't an FBO, it's a pilot training center and charter operation.
