I specifically asked that question and was told to stay on Synthroid as they could regulate the thyroid better. Since this has been a 2 year bout, and everything is normal and I am going to get to fly again, In all due respect, I am not changing anything. :) Terry

My doctor prescribed me to take BREO for 2 weeks to clear up some lung problems. It says on the label: BREO ELLIPTA (fluticasone furoate) I can't find this on the FAA approved meds list. Is it FAA approved or do I need to ask for a different prescription? Thanks, Terry

UPDATE, Hi everyone, I am taking 25mcg of Synthroid and my Thyroid tests are all showing normal and I am doing quite well. Will ride "right seat" for awhile and slowly get back to flying once again. Don't worry Dr. Bruce. I will follow the regulations. :) Terry
