    Another Fine Day at Price Chopper

    Like going into Belk/Kohls and paying $30 for some khaki's that are marked $80. "You saved $50 with us today!" No, I didn't.. because nobody in their right mind would pay $80 for some dockers.

    Anyone have a 3d printer?

    it might be hair spray, and not so much removal of the part but of adhering the first layer. One of the more common issues is the bed not getting hot enough for the first layer, and then the corners / edges start to peal up during the process. Another poster above mentioned creating a box to put...

    How to know when to go?

    I got to fly in that sailplane once out of Boulder. One of my best flights ever, even though we didn't get into a wave. They also made an iMax about it: http://www.ucar.edu/communications/newsreleases/1996/stormch.html

    Anyone have a 3d printer?

    I have a similar one, and a previous version to this one: http://www.gearbest.com/3d-printers-3d-printer-kits/pp_366034.html?vip=768786&gclid=CPPY3YzVztMCFdyLswodNoUEXQ Its worked well, i did print a stratux case with it with no calibration. For the humidity issue, i bought a rubbermaid...

    {NA} Question about the backdoor {NA}

    If you replace the door, just keep the old one one attic.. when you're done with the dog door put the old one back. And if you move, take the one with the dog door with you. A lot easier than finding replacement siding, and it's easier to seal in a door.

    {NA} Question about the backdoor {NA}

    Thats generally the mentality i use for any DIY stuff.. If I screw it up, can't cost me that much.. so far I'm ahead of the game. Except my airplane seats...

    {NA} Question about the backdoor {NA}

    I've done this in two houses. I bought a new door (glass lights on the top, solid bottom) and put electric doors in both. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WJ0IGA/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The doors I used didn't have the built in blinds, but they do have them...

    House buying sucks

    I listed mine FSBO 6 weeks ago.. had about 25 showings, no offers. Listed it today with an Agent, so hopefully get some movement. Not looking forward to having to jump on new listings with full price offers hoping to score a house when I'm ready to buy.

    Credit scores

    That would make sense - closing the cards (and their available credit) and then utilizing credit (assumed from your 18m offer) you just increased your credit utilization by both taking on credit and lowering your available credit. anything over 15% is a hurdle and 30% really drops you.

    Credit scores

    It may have been the first years renewal and they didn't pull my credit the first time. It was 12 years ago, so all I remember is her saying it was going up due to credit.

    Credit scores

    Thats where the real stupidity comes into play - Why should my credit score impact my insurance? Personal Experience - When I bought my first house, I was young with not stellar credit (low 600's). No issue securing a mortgage or even getting a premium rate with no PMI. I received a home...

    Credit scores

    More Credit available/given to you and the less you're actually using it + the age of the accounts = The Highest Score. Thats why keeping those old cards with high limits and zero balances open will always improve your score. I got ****ed off at United/Chase because they denied my free bags on...

    Advancing the throttle on shutdown

    I've been running mogas about 90% of the time since I bought my plane 2 years ago. Never occurred to me this may be why in 2 years I've never had fouled plugs. It definitely should have!

    ADSB out creating more risk until 2020

    He said the plane was 200' from him - there was no 5miles. More details following your post, makes sense what the conditions were. I was envisioning something more along the lines of your scenario, which would have given ample time to be no where near 200' before finally passing by.
