Bring 3 square plates to roll the wheels up on for parking in the soft grass. I use plywood 12”x12” Just throw them away as you leave. A lot easier to pull the plane out when leaving. Welcome to Oshkosh. :)

Just got it back from the shop. Cessna 182R with GTX327. Added the GDL 82. $2800 out the door. Ready to fly past 2020.

Just got a quote. GDL82 installed in line with my gtx327. $2700 installed and ready to go. That's the ADS b out. Stratus 2s connected to foreflight will be the ADS b in.

Mounted iPad Pro on the yoke of my 182 with Velcro. Fits like it was meant to be there. Does not interfere with anything. Pull it off to take a closer look, then stick it back on. Works great.

Take the scenic route. Fly direct to KFNL then south along the front range, west of the Class B. A lot to see : Rocky Mountain NP Eldora Ski Resort Boulder Red Rocks Ect.... Good way to get close, but not really in the mountains. Do a bit of research and you will have a great flight.

Anyone experiment with the change in cruise speed between a forward and aft CG? What were the differences in your aircraft?
