How hard is it to get picked up as a fighter pilot in the air national guard?

Easy peasy. Just stand by the bar with your Nomex flight suit; you don't even need to have a puppy, tho it will make things go a lot faster.

    Cessna 120/140 yay or nay?

I'd say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder: It's beautiful!

How much will airplane prices drop in 2020?

Sounds like it was the least they could have done, so they did it!

Hey, Matt: This is pretty fowl humor (kewl, tho).

Landing on private property (with permission)

WK has excellent advice (^^^), but if you're going to do it, do it commando: don't draw attention to the site or your intentions, and don't over-do the low fly-bys. Do it fast and unannounced, and nobody will even know what happened. Everyone loves a winner.

    What

MS: Your note is appreciated; I would be over my head to sort these lyrics by genre...I parroted the lyric (hard-core country) because it seems catchy, provocative, and somewhat apropos to the direction this thread has taken. It's all good. Stay safe, friend . i

I restrict my PIC authority to pre-marital sex counseling. I don't charge for it, but I do log the time. Is this legal?

    Do birds ever stall?

Landing on private property (with permission)

Exactly. If you ask first, you must be prepared for their answer. If you don't know, you don't know: allowing for a "don't do it again" escape.

How do you cover your last mile?

I get to the road and start walking with a limp. Rarely do more than three vehicles pass before someone pulls over and offer a ride. If I'm traveling with my wife and kids, we all limp.

Passed Checkride!!! Now deciding between Renting DA40 G1000 or Cirrus SR20 G6

You are right; we agree far more than disagree -- I allow any pilot/owner to choose his/her compromise (and all aircraft are compromises). My point, simply, is that vintage Bonanzas represent value if the total mission-readiness is considered when compared to other aircraft. We have no serious...

Passed Checkride!!! Now deciding between Renting DA40 G1000 or Cirrus SR20 G6

Sorry. I assumed you were discussing a purchase rather than a rental. Congrats on your recent certificate; your perseverence is admirable. If I could offer a humble suggestion to you as a renter, it would be to seek-out a rarely-flown (but exquisitely maintained) Bo that needs regular...
