Actually, iirc, Bulls Eye has been voted the best commonly available BBQ sauce. I wanna say... America's Test Kitchen? If you have to grab something, and you're not familiar with (or they don't have) any "upscale" sauces, Bulls Eye is good choice.

you say that. but apparently (from what i've been reading) that chute is prone to collapse in turbulence. These things usually only fly for a few hours after sunrise and before sunset. It's like anything else. It seems safe enough if you aren't stupid.
