Too many variables.. 2 place, 4 place, 6 place? Are we concerned with operating costs? I'd probably go: L-39 for a 2 place. RV-10 for a 4 place. Saratoga for a 6 place. Dunno why you'd limit yourself to single engine though..

There is a video, of the guy in the above recording, it's clearly the same guy. If it's fake, I see no logical reason as to why he'd use the aircraft he owns. The above recording came from LiveATC.net.
