You could use surrounding airports as waypoints. KJWN KHVC 2M0 M34. its a 10 minute difference. The MOA is up to 2,000, so just fly above that.

They use SportCruisers (LSA) for majority of their training. Their hourly costs are about $20-30 cheaper than C172.
