My flight school is great, I couldn't ask for a better group of people or planes. Many of my friends opted to start their training using a G1000. I actually love learning to fly the traditional way, then advancing from there.

A friend of mine that flys gyrocopters, and was in an episode of "Doomsday Preppers." He told me that it was completely scripted. Which was evident when he pretended like he was not able to get the gyro to start, and couldn't figure out why. It makes for a good chuckle if nothing else.

I would go with option two as the flying club is making an arrangement with the flight school. Be sure to look over the maintenance logs though. Your student should have renters insurance, to be on the safe side. Other questions: - What would generally be the agreement if something breaks...
