How about stocks vs buying cheap rental houses. I'm almost a year into trying that. Haven't had "horror" stories but I did have unexpected costs that were way out of the norm (foundation issue). Dealing with tenants suck.

Hillary and I got home a little after 7:00PM on Sunday after making two stops. We were a few minutes away from the resort when we realized we had not checked out, so we drove back and made checkout by about a minute. I had a really nice time, very glad to have spent the weekend with all of you!

Is there one this year? it's not showing up on any airshow schedule. I do see that there's the airshow in Kansas City, Wheeler downtown airport.

Would it be a good idea to advertise for the fly in by making a flyer that we could print and post on our local FBOs for people to see?
