In all seriousness, if you can find a small club with a decent airplane, good members, and not too heavily scheduled airplane it can be a really good route to go.

KMGN has a bike trail that is just behind the FBO that takes you to either Harbor Springs or Petoskey Michigan in 5-6 miles. And would make a great base for a day trip to Mackinaw Island (~30nm flight, and much cheaper hotels/B&Bs).

We saw one today in Northern Michigan. From talking to the FBO, it sounds like there are currently only 2 starships flying (one in the states and one in Europe), and those two owners bought up the other 4 airframes for spare parts.
