How to get out of a timeshare?

I bought season passes at Disney this year, but I hadn't been in a Disney park in 10 years. Nonetheless we've used our points without any issues. There is a lot of flexibility.

    Clearing turns.

There's no guarantee that adjacent traffic has a radio or is even on the same frequency. I stick my arm out the window vent hole and use arm signals to signal my intentions.

How to get out of a timeshare?

IMO, timeshares are worth it if you can afford to vacation. There are annual fees, but in the end, I feel that we come out ahead. The people that don't have time or money to travel are the ones that get hurt because the annual costs are still there whether or not you use your points. Between...

How to get out of a timeshare?

My wife and I bought into Disney and Hilton. It's worked well for us. We looked into a beach house, but the HOAs can be quite high. Of course, renting can offset the expenses , but we didn't want to deal with it.

Speed Mods...are they really worth it?

Changing to the J model, mooney really made the plane a lot more aerodynamic. I really don't think there is a huge advantage of putting a Lopresti on a J, but I haven't seen much more than a few posts on the internet.

we pay roughly $75/month with cox. We got rid of the cable box 3-4 years ago. paying almost $200/month back then. Hulu TV for $40/month is doing fine for me. BTW, my daughter had comcast at her apartment when she was attending college in atlanta. I thought cox was bad, but they're really...

    Rent or Own before IFR?

You've got the PPL and are now pusuing an IR. IMO, you're passed the point of others you get their PPL and seldom fly. Unless your primary plane is a king air (lol), I'd find the plane I want and get my IR in it. Of course, that's not written in stone. I wouldn't rush into a plane purchase...

    Looking at the F33a

isn't gross weight sometimes dependent on how much load the landing gear can take and not how well the engine performs? I haven't had the pleasure of doing much flying behind a 520.

Have you experienced an unintentional stall/spin before?

I entered a 1/2-3/4 turn spin during my last BFR. We were practicing stalls then the right wing broke, and then the plane spun left. Great view of the ground. lol
