Charcoal is manly, but propane is fast and efficient enough to use it after work during the week. I got the Weber Genesis a couple of years ago and it put the joy back in cooking on the deck. Weber has a grilling school in St. Louis. The classes I want have been full.

OP, make sure you check VREF on the value of the plane. Lenders are going to calculate the value there, and that down payment AOPA mentions will end up being much more. If the asking price is signficantly more than VREF, you need to negotiate with the seller...and be prepared to walk away to...

I’ve stopped answering my office phone, it’s invariably a cold call or a phishing attempt. People who need to talk to me have my cell number. And even that’s not safe these days.

One of my first civilian jobs after I left the Army involved 12-hour overnight shifts. Art Bell kinda kept me awake some nights. I also got addicted to rebroadcasts of old time radio shows.
