Two CFIs last night forgot to raise the gear. The first one was distracted by a thunderstorm the second was distracted by the lack of outside visual reference. The green light is soothing at night but the plane flies faster with the amber light lit up.

Set up an alert on FlightAware (we are watching you Troy!) so that when I see the plane head back south I will know we are in the final stretch.

My R182 has to stay tied down on the hangar she is so light after AP and vacuum removal. All told about 20lbs. If we remove any more we will have to get a balloon rating
