I took my written knowledge exam on January 2018. I started flying in May 2018. I am now at 35 hobb hours, and am taking the written knowledge exam tomorrow. Taking it again assisted in my ground school studies; if you don’t use it you lose it.

dtuuri, Take true course from sectional, correct for winds, and then +/- for isogonic lines will give me what I need, correct?

I WANT to understand it because that's our (PILOT) nature. I NEED to understand it for my practical.

Yes. I ship bodies by cargo quite frequently. This is an organization of funeral directors and Embalmers who are pilots or student pilots. The actual name is now Flying Funeral Directors Association.

I drove 2 1/2 hours for a flight and found a fuel leak during my pre-flight. I informed the FBO and then drove 2 1/2 hours back home.

Thank you everyone for the responses. As a student, I suppose I carry other things most seasoned pilots do not. Regardless, I have learned what to carry and what not to carry. I also learned that I should use the PoA search engine before asking such a rudimentary question.
