Which one would you get on? Blue Sparrow looks kind of cool. I think I had a toy as a kid that looked like the Tetra. The Aviabike looks cool too - but none of these seem as practical as the already flying Flyer thing that Kittyhawk is doing. Wish they'd take the gloves off it though.

That budget gets you TONS of plane in an equity flight club - you could fly our 172 for around 150 hours per year on that budget. You could do even better with some of the other airframes mentioned here.
