Update: MY AME said If I send the Disc I must send by Fedex or UPS, NEVER USPS because USPS X-Rays all of their shipments and it destroys data on the disc.

Update: Spoke with Dr. Bruce - He advised I run all my documentation past my AME who i have a professional relationship with already. So I did. Everything looks good to him so i have my physical scheduled for Monday Morning.... and then we wait.

My Neurologist has written these letters to the FAA Countless times with much success for his patients. He has spoken with OKC many times on the phone and via written correspondence. He has explained he knows what he can and cannot say. But thank you for your input - I will consider it.
