Maybe it comes with the sunset from the first picture. The guy probably sold his house at a high price and wants to do the same with his plane

    Prices are coming down

Seems like we have some good news. Either people ran out of cash or a lot of folks decided to jump in the high prices wagon and put their planes in the market https://www.sandhills.com/news/article/250037989

Which panel layout would you choose?

Ask your mechanic too. To make sure whatever panel you end up with, is not a PITA to service in the future.

    Commercial, why do it?

    Flying with pets

There has to be a way to catch that demand. I know a lot of folks who don't travel as much as they like because they don't want their pets to travel in the cargo area. Here in Canada only Service Dogs can travel in the cabin on commercial flights

    Flying with pets

Couldn't the pilot charge a portion of the operational expenses to the pet owner? oil, fuel, etc, as per FAR 61.113?

    Flying with pets

It could fall under the "pro rata share for operating expenses"

    Flying with pets

You and the family could fly commercial and pay someone with a GA plane to fly the dog to your destination. That actually sounds like a good business opportunity and a nice hour builder :)
