    172S for the win

Not a mystery at all. By charging obscene money for each one they sell.

    172S for the win

Evidently, 172S is the best selling SE piston in 2020*. https://generalaviationnews.com/2021/03/11/top-10-best-selling-piston-airplanes-in-2020/?utm_source=HF&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20210313 * SR22T+SR22 outsells 172S. So depends how you count things i guess.

    Now onto motorcycle navigation.

if you are mostly traveling where your phone has service, i'd stick with the phone. Waze/google(both have options to download maps if service is to be interrupted) are pretty great for general navigation and there are a number of MC specific apps out there that are great at customizing scenic...

Tinted Motorcycle visor. Question for the motorcycle experts

Want some old British styling with unknown(to me) reliability(it's probably pretty descent) @ half the price(may be less than half actually) of Triumphs? https://www.royalenfield.com/us/en/motorcycles/ And given that this is part of old British Empire probably checks out :) Not really my...

Tinted Motorcycle visor. Question for the motorcycle experts

If you don’t ride at night, tinted visors are great. This is all I use. It’s workable at night in a pinch, but you do lose a lot of vision of anything not lit. So depends a lot on the road lighting. It’s a lot better than sunglasses. But if you ride at night often, I wouldn’t recommend it...

    The Mathematically Boring Engine

I've never driven R8, but i have driven a few laps around the track in a Gallardo. So it's the same V10 engine. Definitely not boring. Even the transmission(SMG) is not boring, though I would prefer MT.

    The Mathematically Boring Engine

It's impossible to do it any other way. 30 years ago a supercar would be something with 3-400hp and no driver's aids. Today the hypercars push 1500hp ranges with massive electric off-the-line torque numbers. Without driver's aids and other safety measures just about everyone would kill...

    The Mathematically Boring Engine

This is something that can be said for just about any(exceptions are few and far between) car aimed at normal people now. Progress! :). Even many exotics fall into this category. Safer is fundamentally more boring. Edit. I think your problem may be not the mathematics of the engines, but...

    The Mathematically Boring Engine

Honestly, the CC numbers are mostly product of regulations and insurances in non US markets. We just get the same engines here. US market only cars never followed that formula. For NA engines, somewhere around 550-620cc/cyl seems to be a natural limit. Beyond that it’s better to add cylinders...

    The Mathematically Boring Engine

I thought the criteria was not being boring, which is different from being liked. Plenty of vehicles I consider not boring while not liking them at the same time. Same goes for engines. I'm not a VTEC fan, but personally I cannot view them as boring. On a motorcycle side, there are a few...

    The Mathematically Boring Engine

A few M3s over the years had 500cc/cyl engines. E36 wasn’t exactly boring(though euro 3.2 was probably more interesting)

    Mooney M20M Bravo

Do you have a link or a picture of these extensions. I looked for them one time but couldn't master my googling.

    Mooney M20M Bravo

My specific issue was actually me being short. To reach the pedals I had to be so close to the panel that it was uncomfortable and quite claustrophobic. Though I understand that this can be mitigated with pedal "extenders". Also, can be something you get used to, I guess.

    Mooney M20M Bravo

As others said, I would recommend you at least sit in a Mooney. Their ergonomics are different and don't fit everyone well. I was interested in one until I sat in it. And interior dimension numbers do not tell the whole story. Otherwise, it does sound like it fits your mission quite well...

Really poor food and sevice....left a negative tip!

See #43. But to your point. That's not exactly accurate. In some states you have "tipped minimum wage" in other's you don't(so you make minimum wage without any tipping, tips are extra). But even in the states where you have tipped minimum wage, your employer must insure that you always get...
