This was part of the problem. was flying IFR from VGT to RAL. ATC kept us high and slam dunked us into RAL. My son was already unhappy with the flight, and this put him over the edge. Did the whole approach into RAL with him kicking my seat and yelling his head off (thank god for ISO)...

I upgraded a LAX to LAS ticket to first recently (was 50 bucks). Free cocktails, a seat that actually fit my shoulders (they're wide enough to overlap into the seat next to me), and a real glass to drink out of. Totally worth the money.

Did my complex in an arrow - 1.3 or so.. My HP was in a 182 2 hour x/c with my CFII for my instrument. Both were a piece of cake. i'd say better than half my 200 hrs TT is in complex airplanes.

This was a case of the candidate interviewed well, but when he got into the environment, he couldn't keep up with our work pace. He said he came from a fast paced environment, and my other new guy ran circles around him
