    CO in the cockpit

Well I'll be darned...a pressurized Cessna 180. And I thought I was going to have to spring for at least a Malibu to get that. :D More seriously, try taping off the normal fresh air and heater inlets and then run a test flight to see if it makes a difference. Those, when closed and air flow...

This is a really bad idea, IMO

One of the arguments in favor of this approach is that pilots of modern commercial jet airliners are now more "systems managers" than "stick and rudder" pilots of the 707 and DC8 variety. Of course, Air France 447 is cited as the poster child example of what's wrong with that. But ever...

Black Jelly Bean Rant [N/A obviously]

My theory is the only reason some children grow up into adults that like licorice is because their mother wouldn't let them have any chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. In anything. Such deprivation can produce strange results...licorice lovers, serial killers, that sort of thing.

Does it get any nuttier than this?

I checked my cost tracking spreadsheet. I don't have that much cumulative into my Aztec - that's original purchase price 9 years ago + all of the replacement & upgrade parts, labor and annual inspections added together. But... ...that status won't last. My HSI packed it in during an RNAV...

Jets really don’t like flying low...

I'd be so traumatized by something like this if I was flying that jet I'd probably start thinking irrational thoughts...like reverting back to a piston airplane or something... :D Seriously, keep the informative posts coming. This sort of stuff is interesting as I don't think I would have...

    Cessna Navomatic 400

Check with Autopilots Central in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Talk to Ralph Stahle. If they can't fix it, it can't be fixed. https://www.autopilotcentral.com/

    Magnus Fusion in Colorado

Heads off westbound from KCFO into the mountains of Colorado, flying the canyons well below the peaks in a 100 hp LSA, 2-1/2 hours before official dusk? :confused2::nonod:

Would you pay $39,000 for this multi-engine airplane

Hmmmm. If you could carry 4 cold beers in those insulated engine nacelles they might be on to something...:D

    Water leaks at home.

I had to use this method years ago on my mother's home to locate a leak on the supply line under the lawn and her flower gardens. You close off the supply at the curbstop. It's difficult to hold any air pressure on the system if you're still open to the city main.

    Aztez.. Pretty Freaking Cool Plane

My insurer required 10. But that was in 2012 when I bought it. I did my ME in it, so it wasn't an issue.

Are all self-serve fuel pumps 24/7?

^^^ This Seldom have had problems, but they do happen. Have had a few instances where the credit card reader wasn't working.

    Lube differences

Isn't EZ Lube a thread sealant? For use in applications such as installing a quick drain on a fuel tank, where the parts do not move one relative to the other once installed (unlike many O-ring applications, where it's a lubricant to preserve the rubber especially in reciprocating or rotary...
