@Deelee 7/10 points on the rant. Rant starts off pretty lame and slowly builds to climax but does not deliver on the excitement. I don't feel the frustration and anger. Content is otherwise fine. Needs work. Maybe consult Cul-de- @Sac Arrow for advice.

I was expecting to have to go to a hardware store. I just feel like the manufacturers could include a tiny little screw.

I bought a new Samsung NVME M.2 SSD yesterday, They can't be bothered to put one little screw in the box for your motherboard in case you don't have one already. This PC is refurbished and it doesn't' have one!! Any one know how to get one without it costing an arm and a leg?

I did that last year and the quality went down hill. I can only download transactions from my bank by exporting them from their website. The Direct Connect quit working and the back won't disenroll and reenroll me.
