    Red Dragon Hose

They call it heavy duty ducting. I have one which I use when I go home to Allentown to preheat as I do not have a hangar there. The hose is torn up after years of bending and normal use. The new one from them is over $100. Any cheaper solutions out there ? I can try to repair it. Need to find...

    Wings won't stay level..

I think pre 1970s Cherokee 6 260 has that kind of fuel tank configuration with fuel cap towards the tip of the wing but still its not a tip tank

    Wings won't stay level..

Not seen any cherokee with tip tanks. I don't thinks that there is even an STC out there. While using say left tank fuel drains from outboard tank first by design and then from inboard tank. In other words two tanks act like one.

    Wings won't stay level..

I have Piper Lance which would have similar fuel system as cherokee six . These planes have interconnected two tanks on each side so you can not control which tanks gets used first. The fuel selector is either right or left

    Bad battery?

I always thought battery performs better when its warm. In my experience after refueling stop on a hot day , during the start it spins the propeller like crazy. The battery is 6 + years old and it sits right behind the engine underneath the froward baggage compartment
