Nope. I never hired a lawyer, but I did send my own letter but it dosnt do any good. Aircraft insurance co do what they want and make up the rules as they go. So it dosnt surprise me that the insurance co are doing as the OP posted about.

That hasn't been the case in my past experience. The adjusters say this is how it is take it or leave it, or just deny all together if there is no way to recover the loss.

In my experience Insurance companies can do what they want when they want and there isnt much one can do about it. It is their game and the policy holder has to play by their rules.

I would go monday and tuesday. I went one year just for one day, one day wasnt worth the trip. I going three days this year.

Ive replaced a number of these landing gear hydraulic pumps on the 172RG's and I cant see how a fire could get going that quick. Not much around the top part of the pump where the terminal is located, all the main fuel lines are under the floor panels except for the small primer lines...

Thats what I was thinking too. Every time Ive tried a aviation business my fortune gets a lot smaller.

Miami Co can be tricky to land at with x winds on the main runway. Ive had some close calls myself on that runway in x winds over the years.
