    I can only speak to single-engine piston aircraft (e.g. C172)... from my experience over hundreds of flight hours, XP12 is significantly better (performance, weather, flight model) than XP11. Wayne

    YMMV, but I find Windy.com a more enjoyable (for certain) and likely a more productive experience. And then for a formal briefing, make a "Flight" in ForeFlight and click Briefing.

    Plus... every week some 19-year old would-be pilot posts on POA "When I was 10 years old I was prescribed ADHD meds, haven't been on them for years, now what do I do?". Usually with time/$$$, the FAA hurdles can be overcome... but just seems a severe and discouraging hurdle.

    Rich, I purchased PlanePerfect and it seems to work fine... but the spray bottle nozzle leaked a bunch during flights. I twisted the nozzle to try to stop the drip but to no avail... Rich, do you have a special trick? Thanks, Wayne

    I tried the AWC Beta... but I remain with Windy for all mid/long-term forecasts... and ForeFlight Imagery/Briefings for short-term.
