Why not watch the couple of CFI oral exams that are available on YouTube to get an idea of what DPEs are asking, and to what level CFI applicants are answering those questions. That's at least a framework to start from.

What are you supposed to do in an airplane with no electrical system? Some of us are NORDO 100% of the time and seem to fare just fine using our eyeballs and following the rules of the road.

The video he referenced isn't even of the crash or the 767. The two videos released of the actual mishap aircraft show it going quite fast at a steep descent angle at impact.

They never talk about whomever was responsible for the checklist having Buzz turn the tracking radar on, though.

There are a couple really good interviews with LEM engineers in this documentary talking about the ascent engine. Because the fuels were so corrosive, the actual engine couldn't be tested...and the first time it was actually used was on that ascent from the lunar surface. Reference the 18:50...
