Yay participation medal! I blame the weird MPH/KTS ASI. And it wasn't significant, just enough to say "hey, I thought these things were supposed to go thunk."
Eh, new avionics are a good thing. It isn't like they're going to stop spinning it. This way, they can actually fly the airplane reliably to and from events and otherwise keep the missions safer if they need an IFR.
I don't think that is true at all.
I'm sure he can fold a piece of paper...
A Cherokee 180 is basically a perfect first plane if you are training on it. Forgiving, fast enough, great climb, easy stall, stable. Rent the the retract for 10-25 hours on your way to an instrument
Cessnas are easier to land. Cherokees are easier to land well. Cessnas allow for less speed discipline, but require more rudder discipline. Cherokees teach you better for airplanes that require flying the numbers. Cherokees handle much better than 172s and the manual flaps are something I wish...
Dr. Chien has posted that he got a couple of high functioning Aspberger's patients first class medicals. That's what I recall anyway. You should definitely see about consulting him.
Definitely not more accurate, given all the cylinder issues my mechanic sees on EI planes vs JPI planes.
But I've 1) not made such a claim, and 2) have actually flown with Jerry, so your strawman must be relying on alternate facts...or perhaps alternate minimums.
No, I was pretty s#!11y at first. My instructor ultimately gave me 5, but crosswinds were something I worked on like crazy and I pride myself on them now.
