Before I had kids, I thought that people who didn't have kids were odd. Who wouldn't want to have kids?? Then after having kids, I applaud those that decided not to for whatever reason. I would much rather see someone with no kids than a poor parent with kids.

Check you local laws regarding how old you child has to be before you leave them alone. The world has got to the point that it is Illegal to leave your 12 yr old home alone. No way you can leave a 12 yr old baby sitter. If an emergency happen while you are at dinner, you could face jail time.
