    Personal judgement is a right....Most DUI drivers don't feel endangered. The rest of society doesnt see it that way. I have no problem with NORDOs as long as they have common sense pilots in them. I personally wouldnt fly that way in my location, couple counties over it really wouldnt bother me

    Something I have looked into as the owner of a non-gps IFR plane. My personal decision is ...no.. I really don't see the units coming down in price (check out what used MX radios go for)..and at end of the day, while you may have a capable unit ..its an old capable unit..

    Our current forecast estimates that a small percentage of repairs will begin to be impacted starting in 2024. I bet the small percentage will be underestimated. For sure it would be on my unit:mad:. I'd like to know which component they can't get. Wonder if they underestimated how many...

    I do....L...20/20 in both eyes... Course I havent been doing this very long , or even claim to be good at it I like knowing about traffic two miles away.. Being in a plane, you are basically in the center of a spear when it comes to directions you can be struck from....with the majority...

    1/2 mile with a closing speed around 230 mph is about 8 seconds..
