Power Off 180 you have to hit your spot with 200 feet - I always go for the aiming point markers.

I utilized the slip a lot in the 172 for the Power Off 180. I think I just need to get out there and practice some more in the Cherokee and find the technique like I did in the 172. Probably just going to be a short downwind and tighter pattern + slip.

When I read the comments a while back on his “Why I quit the airlines” people really went off on him. Who knows, maybe he can make a good run at instructing though.

I like his videos and I think he has good content, but I’m not sure some of these videos he has recently came out with are going to help his channel much.

Davinci Resolve is very good. I used DR for a while, but I will say it’s not as user friendly as Premiere Pro if you are completely new to editing. Especially if you have to transcode to another codec. That said, DR is a very powerful editing suite, and the free version is quite impressive.

I love Premiere Pro..I can understand not wanting to pay for it on a monthly basis, especially if you don't use it often...but for $21 a month its worth it for me.
