Question is: Did you know that the other pilot was not night current when you joined him/her for the flight and let it continue into evening twilight? I would say the other person remains PIC. But if the other pilot tells you that they are not night current and would like to transfer controls...

I have a deposit on a Cybertruck...mostly because I live near LA and the body is supposed to be bullet proof. And the novelty of it. But not much else. I have an employee with a Hyundai Kona EV. She likes it, but discovered the downside of EV in that the last 20% of range depletes quickly...

Aparently 2 miles from F70. Looks like it hit pretty hard nose first. Not sure if I'm seeing it right, but it looks like the wing skins are laying in front of the wreckage. RIP pilot. :(
