Reinstalled the headliner and routed the wires up to the radio today.

Making some progress here. I took the headliner home and mounted new jacks with a bose lemo on each side. Will be running the wires up to the radio this weekend.

Thanks for posting! I would much rather have the case mounted versions, however the O-290-D stuffed in a C120 does not leave much space between the firewall and the motor. I'm not sure it'll fit. The measurements say yes, just barely, but hard to measure for the oil filter clearance.

Has anyone used one of these before? Photos of them installed seem to be scarce. Would be nice to see some installed photos if anyone has any experience. Thanks,

The radio I'm looking to hook up has discrete Pilot/Copilot, so I'll be running two sets of wires. Thanks guys. This is reason enough for me.

Is there any reason (or regulation) that people typically use a two conductor and three conductor shielded wire for the headset jacks rather than using a single 5 conductor shielded wire? The shields all terminate together, but I guess having all 5 conductors twisted together might not be ideal...

Perfect fit, thanks! The only suggestion I would make is making them just a little bit oversized so they have an interference fit and hold in place a little more snug.

Has anyone used these before? I have the Westach combined CHT/EGT gauge, however it only gives me readings on one cylinder. I think having all four would be valuable. I noticed these probe/switch kits that fill out the other cylinders but, I'm not sure if they work for the combined gauges...

If you operate under part 91 there's no requirement for com radios to be TSO'd. So technically not experimental only. I never liked the idea of things being marketed as experimental/certified. TSO or non-TSO and let the installer decide if it's legal.

I'm part 91, so I'll take the new 375 with the GTR200 all day long over the 430, especially at that price.

I wonder if this will make the price of the 430 finally tank.
